Something I find interesting about public reviews is that people don't always agree on what counts as good customer service. Some expect an immediate answer, while others are happy to wait if the response solves their problem properly. This makes it difficult to compare experiences without knowing the circumstances. What would you personally consider a reasonable response time from a customer support team, and do you think the quality of the answer matters more than how quickly it arrives?

Reading online reviews can be helpful, provided you remember that every comment comes from a particular perspective. One person might be concerned about navigation, while another might focus on communication or the clarity of the rules. Without reading the explanation, a rating does not tell you much about the circumstances behind it. When researching a service, I would look at a range of feedback, such as the publicly available comments on. It makes sense to compare different viewpoints and consider whether the information is detailed enough to be useful. I would also avoid treating a handful of reviews as conclusive evidence. A broader assessment is generally more reliable than a quick judgment based on one person's experience.
